At Blueprint Boost, we are committed to delivering high-quality, pre-qualified remodeling leads. Please review our policy regarding refunds and disputes below:
Refund Policy
• All sales are final. Once a lead has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.
• The $75 setup fee is non-refundable.
Lead Dispute Policy
We guarantee that every lead we send is pre-qualified, but if a lead meets any of the following conditions, you may request a replacement:
• Invalid contact information (wrong number, fake email, etc.).
• Outside your agreed-upon service area.
• Not interested in remodeling services at all.
To dispute a lead, submit a request within 48 hours of receiving it. All disputes will be reviewed, and if approved, we will replace the lead at no extra cost.

Promotional Terms & Conditions – Blueprint Boost
By participating in any promotions, discounts, or special offers (“Promotions”) offered by Blueprint Boost, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
• Promotions are available only to new and existing Blueprint Boost customers unless stated otherwise.
• Certain promotions may be limited to specific regions, services, or time periods.
2. Promotional Discounts & Credits
• Discounts or credits apply only to the specific promotion described and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Any promotional credits or discounts cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.
• If a promotion includes free or discounted leads, those leads must be used within the specified time frame or they will be forfeited.
3. One-Time Setup Fee
• Promotional offers do not waive the required $75 setup fee unless explicitly stated in the promotion details.
4. Lead Quality & Disputes
• All leads received through a promotion are subject to our standard Refund & Dispute Policy.
• If a disputed lead qualifies for a replacement under our policy, it will be replaced with another lead, but no additional promotional credit will be applied.
5. Modification & Termination
• Blueprint Boost reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• If we determine that a customer has abused or manipulated a promotion, we reserve the right to revoke any promotional benefits and terminate their participation.
6. No Guarantees
• While we aim to provide high-quality leads, participation in a promotion does not guarantee a specific number of leads, conversions, or revenue.
